A New Chapter of Hospitality at Ben’s Yard

If you’ve visited Ben’s Yard recently, you may have noticed a few changes beginning behind the scenes in Unit 4 & 6… and we’re so excited to finally share a little more about what’s to come.

We are introducing a brand new café concept at Ben’s Yard with Calvin Holland and the Holland Hospitality team.

Over time, we’ve been listening to how people use and enjoy the hospitality space and one thing became really clear, people wanted somewhere more relaxed, flexible and easy to enjoy throughout the day. Somewhere you could pop into for a quick coffee, settle in for lunch, meet friends, work remotely for a few hours or simply enjoy spending time.

Over the coming weeks, Units 4 and 6 (the former restaurant spaces) will begin transforming into a larger café destination designed around the way people already love spending time at Ben’s Yard. The new space will bring together quality coffee, breakfast, lunches, cakes, sweet treats and relaxed café favourites, all served in a much more flexible and welcoming environment.

This is about creating a space that works naturally throughout the day. Whether it’s morning coffee and breakfast, lunch with family, afternoon cake and catch-ups or somewhere comfortable to spend time, the new café has been designed to feel easy, welcoming and enjoyable whenever you visit.

Whilst work takes place, Unit 5 will remain open and serving coffee, cakes, breakfast baps and fresh salads, giving visitors a first glimpse of what’s to come. The Holland Hospitality team will also already be on-site, so you’ll have the chance to get to know the team ahead of the full launch.
